Cross Country Track Meets at the Park

E-mail Print PDF

Millbrook Exchange Park is used from time to time for cross country track practice and races. On race days, you may see yellow caution tape at several area around the dog park. This is put up to guide the runners in the correct direction; however, if you've not seen it before, you may think the dog park is closed. Watch out for runners and just walk under the tape on the way to the dog park. Please be careful that you don't mess with the caution tape and keep your pup on a short leash in case runners come up upon you unexpectedly. When a race is complete, someone comes by and removes the tape.

We don't have a schedule of these events but the last one occurred on a Wednesday afternoon.

It's a new school year so you may see students walking through the park in the mornings or afternoons. Please drive slowly and remember that the speed limit is 15 mph inside the park.
